Shipping & Delivery

TheenStyleUS is a custom printing company. As we don’t operate our own delivery fleet, we rely on third-party shipping carriers to deliver your packages.


1. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable delivery services such as YunExpress, USPS, DHL, and FedEx to ship your orders from our warehouse to your door.

While TheenStyleUS ensures your order is printed and handed off to the carrier on time, we cannot control delivery delays caused by the shipping carriers themselves. Delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather, or other natural disruptions. Still, we’ll do our best to assist you and protect your rights as a customer.


2. What Is a Business Day?

A business day refers to any weekday excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays when banks are closed by law or regulation.


3. Processing Time

This is the time we need to produce your order before shipping it. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the product type.


4. Expected Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is typically 12–17 business days after processing. Delivery time depends on the carrier and may vary due to holidays, customs, or uncontrollable delays (e.g., COVID-related disruptions, weather).


5. Tracking Information

All shipments include a tracking link. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send an email with the tracking number and link so you can follow its journey.


6. Shipping Fee

We are proud to offer free shipping on all items.
Shipping fees may apply only in the case of reshipment (see sections below).


7. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, with the exception of APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.


8. How to Track Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number and a direct link

If you created a registered account at checkout, you can also log into the “My Account” section on our website to check order status. Note: Guest checkouts do not have access to this feature.


9. Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days after the expected delivery date. We will:

  • Cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping your order
  • Ask you to confirm your shipping address
  • Suggest contacting your local post office for help locating the package

If tracking shows the order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us immediately. We’ll assist you in investigating with the carrier.


10. Wrong Address Provided

If the address provided is incorrect, the responsibility falls on the customer. Usually, the package is returned to our warehouse.

  • We’ll notify you when it’s returned and offer to reship it.
  • Re-shipping fee applies:
    – $7 per item within the US
    – $10 per item for international addresses

If the package is not returned to us, you’ll need to place a new order.


11. Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to sender due to:

  • Invalid address
  • Unclaimed at customs
  • Recipient refusal

Once the package returns to our facility, we’ll contact you for the next steps. Re-shipping fees will apply as stated above.


12. Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t get it:

  • Contact us right away
  • Check with your local courier or delivery service for specific drop-off notes (e.g., “left behind potted plant”)
  • We’ll help investigate the issue and may cover reprints for unresolved courier errors

13. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email a photo of the issue to [email protected]
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund
