If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please note that due to the custom, personalized, and made-on-demand nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Significantly different (wrong size, wrong color, visible printing defects)
Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be amended or canceled, as we begin processing immediately to minimize errors and delays.
Validity for Exchanges & Returns
You must request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the item. After this period, the right to return is forfeited.
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must:
- Be damaged, defective, or significantly different
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)
If these conditions are not met, we cannot process your return—even if the item is mailed back to us.
Return/Exchange & Refund Procedure
If you received a damaged or defective item from TheenStyleUS, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service via email at [email protected] or phone at 0123456789. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (with supporting photos if applicable)
Step 2: We will provide a return form and a returns code via email.
Ship the item with:
- The completed return form
- All original packaging and accessories

Return shipping is free only in cases where:
- The product is incorrect
- It was damaged in transit
- It has manufacturing defects
You must use a trackable shipping method, and the provided return label must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund for the original purchase price
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before a refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank—processing times can vary

Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may need to cancel or modify an order. Here’s how we handle it:
1. Timeframe
- Cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, orders are locked for processing and cannot be changed.
2. How to Cancel or Modify
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject line: [Modify/Cancel Order + Your Order Number]
- Order number (as found in your order confirmation)
- Specific request (e.g., cancel or update shipping address)
3. Refunds for Cancelled/Modified Orders
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund amount will reflect the full value of the cancelled order or the difference in case of a modification
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the order is incorrect or defective
- We will bear return shipping costs in such cases
